I have a WinRAR File, that included the WHOLE Cataclysm Game. Packed in 28 MB.
I know, you think now. "Huh.. 28MB is the whole WoW Game?!"
And I can just say - YES ! Cause, this .RAR has just the important Files. And the other Files will be loaded If you start the Game. (Without the Launcher).
Sure, It takes some minutes, around 30min (max.) but you can Play AstralWoW with the GameVersion 4.0.6 and It's faster as to load the whole 16GB from Torrent.

This .RAR File include a ReadMe(German & English) and a edited realmlist.wtf - For AstralWoW.
Also the fresh loaded "AstralCata.exe"

ReadMe in English:
1. Unrar the whole Files and create a new Folder with the name "AstralWoW".
2. Start "Cata.rar" and extract ALL the Files in the new Folder.
3. Copy the AstralCata.exe in your new GameFolder and start it.
4. A PopUp-Window will open in the upper left corner. Let it load.
It could looks like, your PC got freezed, maybe is it, but just wait.
5. If the PopUp disappear, wait some minutes and the Game will start.
6. Close the Game and copy the realmlist.wtf into the Game Folder.
Example: "AstralWoW\Data\deDE"
7. Start the Game again with the "AstralCata.exe" and ONLY with it (!!!), login with your AstralWoW Account (Username, NOT the Email).
8. The Game will initialize the Game Files. Let it load. Go AFK or do something else

If its ready, you'll see the characterwindow and you can play.
