Hey guys i will try to post here all bugged boss abilities that Ive found.
Blackwing Descent:
ODS:
Magmatron - Acquiring Target(Not causing any damage),Incineration Security Measure (He doesnt even cast it), barrier doesnt explode
Arcatron - Power conversion doesnt increase arcanatrons dmg and his casting speed.
Toxitron - Soaked in poison doesnt increase damage of the target. hc abilities not working, fixate shouldnt be applied to tank NEVER EVER.
Electron - Lighting conductor isnt working. Unstable shield doesnt cause aoe dmg to raid.
Magmaw:
Only flame pillar and mangle is working, all other abilities including whole second phase arent.
Maloriak:
Normal works fine except blue phase (ice)
HC:
1. Dark Phase: Engulfing Darkness Should be casted without a waiting time between 2 casts, the debuff must be removed at the dooment Maloriak stopped casting. Here, the debuff only disappears 2 seconds after the end of channeling, which can lead to fail healing tank.
2. Vile Swills: Maloriak should first cast the swills under the form of big pools, a very few later they will transform in swills. Here, swills already are in their ooze form.
3. Pools: I don't really notice if the pools are supposed to be spawning random or not. In this video I see they are only spawned close to the Vile Swills.
4. Green Phase: in this video I see the group is getting knockbacked once Green Phase has been applied. Here this is not the case. I can't judge if aberrations are getting debuff too but in my encounters they mostly had it.
5. Blue Phase: as seen of the video I have to agree harslock. MDPS aren't getting frozen. In addition, Maloriak only freezes 1 player in the phase. Here it happens 3 or even 4 times during this phase.
6. Phase 2 : Issues with Magma Jets. When Maloriak starts casting magma jets, the tank strafes. The problem is that Maloriak SOMETIMES (not always) moves with the Tank, making it impossible to avoid Magma Jets. Please refrain that this is not always happening.
Chimaeron:
caustic slime is not working.. Thats why we dont have to stack. Double attack should have debuff that informs you that next attack ll be double, also its applying way too much.
Heroic
At stack phase feud should be canceled during system failure.. No idea where did ember bolt come from but in heroic mode at nuke phase everyone should get Mocking shadows

Atramedes:
Using only one ability, Modulation. Fly phase isnt working he just floats a bit above ground and is still attackable by mdpses, sound meter isnt working as well.
Bastion of Twilight:
Halfus Wyrmbreaker:
Working fine.
Valiona and Theralion:
Dazzling destruction should send you to twilight zone and deal 15k dmg atm it just instantly kills you.
Fabulous Flames should be casted on ranged targets its random atm.
HC:
1. Twilight Sentries are bugged - they can't be targetted in Twilight Realm, because of that they just keep spawning and spamming Twilight Rifts with their Twilight Rift Blasts. In a 90 seconds of fight or so we ended up surrounded by 7 Twilight Rifts, that did, all together, around 60-70k DPS on raid. That's impossible to outheal, thus v&t Heroic is impossible to achieve at all.
2. Devouring Flames Valiona uses are still bugged on Heroic mode visually - u can't see which direction she targets the flames and on Heroic mode u can't basically stack like we do on Normal mode. Eventually, if we stack to counter Flames, we get killed by overwhelming damage from Twilight Blasts combined with Twilight Sentries Rift Blasts. Eventually, damage becomes around 100k dps on raid, if u stay stacked and survive at least... those same 90 seconds.
3. Twilight Sentries Rift Blasts are not supposed to shoot 3 bolts at same time, only one bolt at a time for one Twilight Sentry (Rift blast).
4. Twilight Sentries are not supposed to spawn when fight starts - first sentries spawn when raid is in this fight for 15-20 seconds and only 1 sentry spawn at beginning of fight.
